Area update
As we move into the beginning of 2023, we have started our detailed design of how we will build our full fibre network in South Godstone. As we continue this process, we will update everyone through email and the South Godstone Community Fibre Project Facebook page
We cannot wait to connect South Godstone to better broadband all thanks to the Gigabit Voucher project. Rural landscapes often present hurdles that can complicate full fibre builds, therefore, the extra funding that is received means that we are able to overcome these situations. Thank you to those who have already responded to their voucher requests, and we encourage those who have not yet responded to please do so. Our sincere thanks to Susan Clark and Chris Boughton for all their support in making sure the scheme ran as well as it has, allowing us to start connecting South Godstone in 2023.

F&W Networks 2022 Update
2023 is lined up to be F&W Networks’ biggest year yet all due to our accomplishments in 2022. In 2022, we officially passed over 200,000 properties in 6 counties, laying sufficient fibre to reach Spain from London. F&W Networks also received funding from Santander to support our plans to build our full fibre network within the south of England. Additionally, 850 Gigabit Vouchers have been issued and redeemed across our voucher projects thanks to the support from the UK government, local councils, and rural communities.
In 2023, we wish to increase these figures and bring full fibre networks to more rural communities alongside our urban builds.
Meet the Team
Jonathon Cross (Community Engagement Manager)
As our Community Engagement Manager, Jonathon will always be around to assist with any queries and concerns whilst informing residents and businesses about the fundamentals behind the Gigabit Voucher scheme. He welcomes your support in delivering our full fibre network to your village and would accept a call with you to make this possible. As the bridge between F&W Networks and your community, Jonathon will work with you to understand the community's needs and show the potential of full fibre. Mohammad Hatif (Data Analyst)
We all like knowing our data is safe, and Mohammad will make sure any information with F&W Networks is kept secure. When sharing details for the voucher scheme, Mohammad will handle your data and ensure the process runs as smoothly as possible.
Danya Aitken (Research Analyst)
Everyone needs a little support. Danya supports all members of the team and will be found replying to emails, social media posts and even attending in-person at events. Often dealing with data and information policies, Danya is the source of knowledge to help you understand the Gigabit Voucher Scheme registration process, connecting with the scheme and all the details in between.
Duncan Porter (Wholesale Manager)
We are delighted to offer you a variety of internet service providers on our network giving you the choice on the services and price that is best suited to you and your home or business. Duncan has great insight into all our partners, and when attending our events, he can offer you advice and support on any queries you may have.
Joanne Jones (Wayleaves Manager)
Before we can build our network on private land, property, or buildings, we need to obtain access permissions to connect your building. If your property is identified as requiring these permissions, you will meet Joanne and her wayleaves team. They will walk you through the wayleave process and ensure we cause as little disruption as possible during the build resulting in an aesthetically pleasing installation.
